At IKA Collective, we’re all about creating great work, having fun with talented people and getting invited back. We were founded on these principles and they’re infused into everything we do. 

For over 35 years, the biggest names in entertainment and business have relied on us to deliver promotional and marketing content for their most important films, series, products and services. When we ask our clients why our relationships have lasted longer than most marriages, they usually mention the word ‘confidence.’ 

Confidence that their A-list talent will actually enjoy the experience. Confidence that we’ll assemble the most creative and collaborative crews. Confidence that the work will be excellent.

Confidence plays a pivotal role with our crews as well. They appreciate that we over-communicate and give them the tools they need to succeed, that we offer fair rates in scale with the project, and that they will be paid when promised.
